We do our best to provide a seamless and happy online shopping experience and we want you to love the items you take home from our store, however if circumstances arise and the product is faulty, not suitable or doesn’t fit correctly there are options available and we will be more than happy to help.
If you need to return an item please read carefully.
We will only authorise refunds for faulty or wrongly described items only. If an item you have purchased falls under these terms, please contact us immediately via email ... firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. In this event (of the item being faulty / wrongly described), the item will be replaced or repaired where possible, however due to stock selling out etc, this can not always be met. In these cases we are happy to refund or exchange the item, or provide you with store credit.
Return conditions are;
Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt, (14 days for International customers) with proof of purchase, in their original condition. items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. It is at our discretion to deny a return of an item if it does not meet our standards.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged for “change of mind” and will only be refunded / exchanged upon being faulty, so please choose carefully and email us for any further information on the item to ensure you have exactly what you want to buy before purchasing. All "Sale items" are a FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
Postage unfortunately will not be reimbursed for any returns or exchanges (unless the mistake was our fault and then we will happily re-send you the item free of charge).
Once you have contacted us and received your authorisation number (RA), it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us to process the return, to prevent anything getting lost in the mail we recommend using Australia Post Registered Mail. All returns must be clearly marked with the RA number on the front of the parcel. (If a parcel is posted back to us with an authorisation number not provided by us, we will return to sender).
Please note ‘change of mind’ / ‘item doesn’t fit’ will not be granted a refund.
Returned items that have been damaged or worn will be returned to the customer without a refund or credit note.
Please note we do not offer refunds, exchanges or online store credits for sale items unless faulty.
We regret that we are unable to refund the original postage costs, unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Exchanges will be granted if an item doesn’t fit. If you have changed your mind about an item, we are also happy to provide you with store credit (valid for 6 months). Exchanges are not permitted on sale items. To exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt to receive an RA number and we will happily arrange an exchange or credit voucher for you. All returns must be clearly marked with the RA number on the front of the parcel. Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed and have tags attached. Once again, it is at our discrepancy if these terms aren’t met.
